Calls and recordings

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.

What we collect

When you call, we may collect your name, phone number, service address and a description of the problem so we can send a plumber and follow up on the work. When you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

How we use it

We use this information to dispatch service, give you a price, schedule visits and keep records of the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Website data

This site has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, and embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies under Google's policies.
